Everything You Need to Know About Shipping:

  • Orders that are in stock will be shipped the same day whenever possible, provided they are placed before the shipping cut-off time. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be shipped on the next business day. During major sales or holidays, additional processing time may be required.
  • A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information (if applicable) will be sent as soon as your order has been dispatched.

Please note: Shipping times do not include processing times.

  • Processing time for non-prescription eyewear: 1–2 business days
  • Processing time for prescription eyewear: 5–7 business days
  • Specialty lenses, toric lenses, and made-to-order products may require longer processing.

*Transit time is measured in business days after the prescription has been verified and the order dispatched. Saturday deliveries are not available.

Standard Shipping

  • All free shipping items in our store are delivered via standard shipping. Under this method, buyers can track their order online.

Typical delivery times:

  • North America: 15–25 days
  • Europe: 15–25 days
  • South America: 20–35 days
  • Southeast Asia: 10–15 days
  • Middle East: 15–25 days

Express & Priority Shipping

  • If you need your order urgently, please send an email to order@aurooa.com after placing your order, so we can arrange faster shipping via express carriers such as DHL, UPS, or FedEx.
  • Due to higher shipping costs, an additional express shipping fee may apply. We will inform you of the exact amount after receiving your request.
  • Typical delivery time: 5–10 days
  • Please also take into account the processing times for prescription and specialty eyewear.

We ensure that all orders are insured during transit to protect against loss or damage.

Taxes, Duties, and Processing Fees

  • The prices displayed on our website include import duties for the destination country, but do not include processing fees, VAT, or other local taxes, which may be charged upon delivery or handled separately depending on the region.
