We’re confident you’ll love your new glasses. However, if you change your mind and wish to return them, we’re happy to assist.

For all products we sell:

Non-Prescription Glasses:

• We offer a 30-day free return or exchange service. Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team or send the relevant information to order@aurooa.com. Once approved, please ensure the product is in its original condition and properly packaged, and return it to the address we provide. Please note that you may be responsible for the shipping costs and any import duties in the destination country.
• We provide a 360-day quality warranty. Within 360 days of receiving your order, if the product experiences any non-man-made issues—such as damage, detached accessories, or lens breakage—we will determine the appropriate warranty solution based on the specific situation. This may include, but is not limited to:
  • Shipping a new replacement product
  • Shipping replacement parts
  • Issuing a discount coupon
  • Other remedies

Prescription Glasses (Corrective/Myopia Glasses, etc.):

Due to the unique and customized nature of prescription lenses, we currently do not accept returns or exchanges for these products. However, we may offer compensation in the form of a partial refund or discount coupon on a case-by-case basis. Therefore, we strongly advise you to double-check the following before placing your order:

• The lens parameters you provide are accurate and complete
• The frame style you have selected is the one you truly want

Refund Processing Time:

After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it within 7 business days to confirm there is no damage caused by misuse. If the inspection is passed, we will process your refund within an additional 7 business days. Shipping fees will be deducted from the refund amount, unless the original order qualified for free shipping.
