1. Shipping Costs
Free Shipping: Eligible items marked as Free Shipping on the product page qualify for complimentary delivery. Free shipping applies only to standard economy shipping methods (e.g., national postal services or regional e-commerce logistics). Excluded carriers: DHL, FedEx, TNT, UPS, and other express courier services are not included in free shipping offers.

Expedited Shipping: If you require faster delivery, please contact us before placing your order by emailing info@aurooa.com. We'll do our best to accommodate your request and provide available express shipping options (additional fees will apply).

2. Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times begin after your order has been shipped and may vary based on destination: 7-15 business days after dispatch.

Please note: These are estimated time frames and do not include processing time. Delays may occur due to customs clearance, holidays, weather, or carrier performance beyond our control.

3. Order Processing & Dispatch
All orders are processed and dispatched within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Please note that some handcrafted accessories may require additional preparation time.
Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) once your order is on its way.

4. Tracking & Customs
Most standard shipments include basic tracking through the local postal service. Tracking updates may be limited once the package leaves the origin country.
For eligible destinations, applicable VAT and import duties are included in the price or shipping arrangement. Orders may be shipped on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis, so customers will normally not be required to pay additional import duties or VAT upon delivery.
