Sourced from Oman, this Hojari frankincense features a distinctive amber-yellow appearance. When gently heated, it reveals a fresh, resinous aroma with subtle citrus and balsamic nuances.

Natural Myrrh — 25g

A traditional aromatic resin with a deeper, warmer and earthier character. Its rich, slightly bitter and balsamic notes create a distinctive contrast to the brighter aroma of Omani frankincense.

Traditional Charcoal Burning

Place a small amount of frankincense or myrrh directly onto properly lit charcoal.

This traditional method produces a more intense resin aroma and visible smoke, allowing you to experience the distinctive character of charcoal-burned natural resins.

Gentle Mica-Assisted Warming

Place a suitable mica plate securely above the hot charcoal, then add a small piece of frankincense or myrrh onto the plate.

The mica plate separates the resin from direct contact with the charcoal, allowing it to soften and release its aroma through indirect heat.

This method can help reduce direct scorching, excessive smoke and harsh burnt notes, depending on the charcoal temperature and amount of resin used.

Safety & Care

High Heat Warning — Burning charcoal generates significant heat. The ceramic burner and accessories may become extremely hot during use.

Heat-Resistant Surface — Always place the burner on a stable, non-flammable, heat-resistant surface. Insulating sand and the bamboo mat do not guarantee protection against heat damage.

Ventilation — Charcoal produces carbon monoxide. Never burn charcoal in enclosed or poorly ventilated spaces.

Never Leave Unattended — Keep burning charcoal away from children, pets and flammable materials.

Safe Handling — Do not touch hot ceramic components or move the burner while charcoal remains hot. The lifting tool does not eliminate the risks associated with burning charcoal.

Cleaning — Allow charcoal, ash, mica plates and ceramic components to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

Ceramic Care — Avoid sudden temperature changes. Stop using the burner if cracks or structural damage appear.

Sand Care — Keep insulating sand clean and dry. Replace it if heavily contaminated with ash or hardened resin residue.
