What's Covered

Manufacturing Defects

    • Loose or detached hinges due to manufacturing defects
    • Peeling or discoloration of frame coating under normal wear

    • Scratches present upon delivery or appearing due to coating defects

Warranty Period

Your AUROOA eyeglasses are covered for 12 months (1 year) from the date of Receiving. This warranty applies to the original purchaser and is non-transferable.

Coverage Timeline:

  • Days 1-30: Full replacement or refund for any manufacturing defects
  • Days 31-365: Free repair or replacement of defective parts or frames

What's NOT Covered

This warranty does not cover damage resulting from:

Normal Wear and Tear

  • Minor scratches from daily use
  • Natural aging of materials
  • Gradual loosening of screws (adjustable with routine maintenance)

Accidental Damage or Misuse

  • Dropping, crushing, or sitting on your glasses
  • Damage from improper storage or handling
  • Exposure to extreme heat, chemicals, or harsh cleaning agents
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized parties
  • Use of glasses for purposes other than vision correction

Prescription Changes

  • Changes in your vision requiring a new prescription
  • Incorrect prescription provided by the customer

Lost or Stolen Items

  • Glasses that are lost, stolen, or misplaced

How to Make a Warranty Claim
